RoCox carries a 1 year limited warranty on parts and labor on all units.  Warranty does not include: shorts, lightening (or other acts of nature), improper installation, overload or miss use of any kind.  Warranty will be voided if the lines/fuses are cut/removed and/or the inside modules tampered with.  Rocox will not be responsible for any expense incurred other than the repair or replacement of our unit.  No replacement or credit will be issued until unit is returned and inspected by RoCox.  No credit or returns are given on Custom Design or Special units.

 

3 Steps to Proper Installation

 

1. Before installation:

    Check voltage.

    Check for voltage on common.

    Turn on all lighting for "short test"       

    If all lighting is working, proceed to step #2.  If not, please checks steps in #1 again, and/or call us for assistance.

 

2. Installation of unit:

    Do Not Install Live.

    Check all connections.

    * It is best to install fuses on all outputs to avoid future shorts.

     

3. Unit is ready to run.
